Fixed CD copy protection in the GOG.com release of Pro Pinball: Timeshock. Fixed crashes and broken CD imports when importing GOG.com games that contain BIN+CUE images (affected Dungeon Keeper, Castles II, Redneck Rampage and others.). Fixed crappy fullscreen performance on certain Mac models.
